ABOUT OUR OPERATIONS

Located in Haverhill, MA, Black Tie is capable of providing car service throughout greater Boston and eastern Massachusetts. From Boston Logan International Airport shuttle transportation, to limousine service around Beacon Hill for the night and weekend transportation down in Cape Cod, Black Tie Limousine can get you anywhere you want to go. And for the traveler looking to skip the hassle of booking with multiple ground transportation companies, we also offer nation and worldwide transportation options.

THE BLACK TIE FLEET

Black Tie owns and operates a large fleet of diverse luxury vehicles. Our executive town cars and 6-, 8-, and 10-passenger limousines are beautiful enough to transport you to any event in style and comfort. To meet your larger group and corporate transportation needs, we offer a number of executive vans, 18-passenger motor coaches, and 47-passenger touring coaches. We also offer chauffeured SUV service in our sleek Cadillac Escalades.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  • Transfers:  We have a flat rate for all transfers. A transfer is a one-way service to or from Logan International Airport, without stops along the way. Additional stops will be calculated at a rate of $10.00 per stop.
  • Waiting Time:  After a 15-minute grace period, waiting charges will be calculated at a rate of $10.00 per 15 minutes for Executive Sedans and $12.00 per 15 minutes for Limousines. These charges do not apply when meeting flights at various airports.
  • Flight Arrivals:  We will monitor your flight arrival through the airline. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the limousine stand area of your terminal. If your flight is cancelled or a major delay should occur, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations:  Cancellations must be made two hours before the reserved time. If a reservation is cancelled after this allotted time, the full cost of the service (including gratuity) will be charged to the client’s account. Round trip reservations must be handled as two separate reservations.
  • No Show Policy:  Upon arriving at the airport, should there be any confusion as to where to meet the car, clients should call the office and they will be directed to the limousine stand location. Should a passenger leave the airport by another means of transportation without notifying the office, the full charge for the trip (including gratuity) will be charged to the client’s account.
  • Miscellaneous Charges:  Tolls, fuel charge, and parking fees are additional costs of the service.
  • Cell Phone Service:  Should you choose to use the cell phone provided in our vehicles, domestic calls will be calculated at the rate of $2.00 per minute with a 2-minute minimum.
  • Gratuities:  A 20% gratuity will be added to the cost of all services.
  • Methods of Payment:  In addition to Direct Billing (needs to be pre-arranged), Black Tie Limousine accepts Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
